Data privacy

This page is run by the Numerical Analysis Groups, Department of Mathematics, University of Tübingen, on the group's own servers. Nothing is passed on to third parties.

What is stored

• Your name and university e-mail address, from the course list of your lecturer.
• The files you upload, with their name, size, checksum (SHA-256) and the time of upload.
• Your team for each sheet, and who added whom to it.
• For each login and upload: the time and your IP address.

Who can see it

You see your own submissions. If you hand in as a team, all current members of the team see all uploads of the team for that sheet, including those made before they joined. The tutors and lecturers of your course see the submissions of the course. The administrators of the servers have technical access.

How long

All data of a course is deleted one semester after the exam of the course.
