Numerical Analysis
The Numerical Analysis Groups of Prof. Dr. Christian Lubich and Prof. Dr. Andreas Prohl are part of the Department of Mathematics at the University of Tübingen. We work on the design and analysis of numerical methods for differential equations, for example geometric numerical integration, dynamical low-rank approximation, evolving surface finite elements, wave propagation and stochastic partial differential equations.
